Sharon Fennix gracefully sits on RCCN’s Board of Cirectors as the Community Resource Manager. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Life2Livin LLC, a mentoring and empowerment organization serving at-risk young women and the LGBTQ+ community. With extensive experience in reentry services, crisis intervention, and community advocacy, Sharon brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.

Driven by a passion for restoration and justice, Sharon has dedicated her career to supporting individuals navigating trauma, incarceration, housing instability, and identity-based barriers. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and cultural awareness, with a strong emphasis on accountability, self-worth, and healing.

Through Life2Livin, Sharon has created a space where individuals are not judged by their past but empowered to build a future rooted in purpose, resilience, and self-determination.
