Dawn Marie Barkley serves as the Secretary of Board Engagement for RCCNOPS, bringing a heart for service and a lifelong commitment to uplifting others. She is also the owner and operator of Queens Landing, LLC, a mission‑driven branding and digital strategy consultancy dedicated to elevating nonprofits, community organizations, and leaders who serve marginalized communities.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with a minor in Linguistics from The University of Akron, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, and a Certificate in Project Management from Louisiana State University. She is currently persuing a license to be a Commissioned Notary Public for the State of California.

A proud auntie and devoted dog‑mom to Sir Petey Pablo and Beastie Boy, Dawn is the youngest of four fierce and beautiful daughters of Arthur and Marilyn Barkley — and a beloved “Sissy” to many others who claim her as family.

Faith is the foundation of Dawn’s life. She is an active member of Bayside Folsom, where she leads a weekly table for the Women of the Word ministry and co‑leads a daily Bible study. Her lifestyle of service to others has opened the door to countless meaningful relationships that continue to shape and fill her heart.

Originally from Ohio, Dawn has called California home for the past 20 years, embracing the sunshine, the water, and every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A true sports enthusiast, she’ll watch or participate in just about any sport placed in front of her. Being near the water is her happy place, and waking up each day with the purpose of serving the Lord is what fuels her joy.
